What we collect

The name, email address and phone number you enter when enrolling; the plan you bought and what you paid; the partner whose link introduced you; and, once signed in, your progress through the course tracks.

Payment card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's own page and are never seen or stored by Soloneur.

Why we hold it

To create and support your account, to give you access to what you bought, to pay the correct commission to the partner who introduced you, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who else sees it

Our payment providers, so a payment can be taken and reconciled. Our hosting and video providers, so the platform and its videos load. The partner who introduced you sees that you enrolled, your name, and the value of the sale — not your password, and not your payment details.

Visitors to Soloneur's pages may see your first name, your city or state, and the programme you joined in the community activity feed. Nothing else about you is shown there, and you can ask to be left out at any time (see Your choices).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as your membership is active, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require records of the transaction to be kept.

Your choices

Write to support@soloneur.in to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be kept for accounting or fraud-prevention reasons, which we will tell you about.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember which partner introduced you so their commission is attributed correctly. We do not use advertising cookies.
